President Muhammadu Buhari has written the Senate to intimate it on steps being taken to resolve herders-farmers’ clashes across the country, particularly, the recent killings in Benue State.
In the letter, President Buhari said plans were already underway to restructure the country’s security architecture to conform with the existing global realities.
