The chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Benue State chapter, Chief Benjamin Omale has lauded the National Working Committee, NWC, of the party under the leadership of the national chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwadta over the transition of members registration to digital.
Omale gave the commendation in a statement he signed and made available to journalists in Makurdi on Saturday.
He appreciated the Governor of Benue State, Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia for providing an enabling environment for him and members of the State Executive Committee to operate.
Recall that the ruling party in Benue State yesterday began training for its e-registration exercise.
The event had the attendance of the party chairman, Dr. Benjamin Omale, the speaker of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Berger Alfred who declared the exercise open and several party leaders and aides to Governor Hyacinth Alia.
Omale described the digital membership drive as central to the party’s strategy for victory in the 2027 general elections.

The chairman described the transition of members registration to an electronic register as a way to strengthen internal structures and improve electoral readiness, adding that outstanding performance by officials involved in the exercise would be adequately recognized and rewarded.
Chief Omale also expressed profound appreciation to Governor Hyacinth Alia for graciously sponsoring the e-registration training exercise, describinh the governor’s support as a demonstration of his commitment to strengthening the APC and deepening internal democratic processes in the state.
He further commended the leadership of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia as they strive to make life bearable for their subjects.
Omale aso acknowledged the party’s national chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwadta for using his wealth of experience to build the party expressing confidence that as 2027 general elections draw nearer, all his strategies would lead the party to victory.
He further lauded the national chairman of the APC for reaffirming the party’s commitment to fully implementing the nationwide digital membership project launched last year.
He however promised that the party in Benue state would give adequate support to anyone or group that supports the reelection bid of both President Bola Tinubu and Governor Alia.
