Being good doesn’t guarantee success, says BBNaija star Tacha

Tacha-Akide

Reality TV star Natacha Akide, better known as Tacha, has generated debate online after claiming that being a good person does not ensure success in life.

Tacha made the comment during a recent interview shared on social media, in which she discussed life’s realities, career advancement, and public perceptions.

According to her, many people believe that being kind or morally pure inevitably leads to success, but the real world often works otherwise.

She said “That while being good is important, it does not always translate to opportunities or achievements”.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate stressed that success often requires resilience, strategy, and the ability to push through challenges.

Tacha also encouraged young people not to become discouraged when their efforts or good intentions are not immediately rewarded. She advised them to remain focused on their goals and continue working hard despite setbacks.

Her comment has elicited a mixed response online, with some agreeing with her assessment of the reality of success and others insisting that honesty and consistency are critical to long-term progress.

The outspoken influencer has remained one of the most talked about characters to emerge from Big Brother Naija, frequently expressing her ideas on personal development, business, and life experiences.
