The Rivers State House of Assembly has urged the Chief Judge of the state to set up a panel to probe Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Ngozi Odu, over allegations of misconduct.
While making the call via a unanimous vote, the assembly members pledged to see the impeachment process through.
In his appeal to the Chief Judge, the Speaker, Martin Amaewhule, said, “This voting clearly shows the decision of the House.”
