Big Brother has unveiled the first major twist of BBNaija Season 11, placing the housemates into gender-based teams for several activities in the competition.

Speaking to the 24 contestants on Sunday night, Biggie announced that the house would be split into male and female groups for key tasks throughout the season.

He explained that wager presentations, arena games and other designated house activities would now be contested along gender lines, setting the stage for a fierce rivalry between the male and female housemates.

The twist is expected to shift house dynamics, as housemates will have to work closely with members of their own team to secure wins and increase their chances of earning rewards.

The announcement comes early in the season as viewers watch to see how the rivalry will shape alliances, strategies and relationships inside Big Brother’s house.

With N160 million up for grabs, the male versus female battle adds a new layer to the Show Ya Sef season.
