The Abuja division of the Federal High Court on Tuesday disqualified the Bayelsa State deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Biobarakuma Degi, from participating in the Saturday, November 16 governorship election in the state.
Justice Inyang Ekwo took the decision while delivering judgment in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1101/2019 instituted by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and others.
