AVEVA has been named the 2025 Microsoft Manufacturing Partner of the Year, securing one of the industry’s top global honours for its cloud and AI-driven transformation of manufacturing operations.

The award, announced ahead of Microsoft Ignite in San Francisco, recognises AVEVA’s excellence in deploying Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced AI technologies to help manufacturers enhance efficiency, strengthen supply chains, and accelerate sustainability outcomes. Microsoft said more than 4,600 nominations from over 100 countries were submitted this year.

AVEVA’s neutral industrial intelligence platform, CONNECT, built entirely on Azure, was highlighted as a major driver of its win, enabling real-time data insights for factories and industrial assets worldwide.

Rob McGreevy, Chief Product Officer at AVEVA, said the honour affirms the impact of deep industrial expertise combined with hyperscale cloud capabilities.

“Being named Microsoft’s 2025 Manufacturing Partner of the Year validates what we’re seeing globally: cloud intelligence paired with industrial domain knowledge can fundamentally reimagine what’s possible in manufacturing. The future of business and sustainability depends on ecosystem partnerships that enable continuous innovation,” he said.

AVEVA remains a strategic partner within the Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing initiative, with both companies jointly advancing digital tools that boost productivity and business-to-plant collaboration.

Nicole Dezen, Microsoft’s Chief Partner Officer and Corporate Vice President, praised AVEVA and other winners for pushing the boundaries of innovation.

“This year’s honourees show how technology and vision can unite to empower customers worldwide. Their ingenuity continues to inspire us,” she said.

The Manufacturing Partner of the Year category recognises companies providing innovative cloud-based industrial solutions to sectors including aerospace, chemicals, semiconductors, electronics and agriculture. Winners are selected for industry leadership, consistent service delivery, customer impact and strong business growth.

The recognition strengthens AVEVA’s position as a global leader in industrial digital transformation, leveraging cloud, AI and data to shape the future of manufacturing.
