An Igbo Diasporan leader, Attorney Charles Chibuike Onyirimba has joined the Igbos all over the world to applaud the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo World Wide, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu over his developmental strides since he replaced the late Professor George Obiozor
He made this known in a telephone chat with some select journalists in Owerri, the Imo State Capital, at the weekend where he commended the Ahaejiagemba Ndigbo for taking the bull by the horn to put the Igbo race in the map of development in Nigeria.
The Former Imo Governorship aspirant of Labour Party in the 2023 general election expressed his heart felt joy and happiness with the way and manner the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chief Iwuanyawu has within a short period of time united the Igbo race all over the world.
The American trained legal luminary maintained that Chief Iwuanyawu should be commanded for his undying love and passion for the Southeast geopolitical zone in Nigeria.
He praised Chief Iwuanyawu for taking the bold step to addressing the Igbos in London, America, Europe and Lagos thereby fostering unity of purpose, togetherness and love that has been lacking during the time of successive President Generals of the Igbo nation.
According to him,”Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu has shown that he is a true patriot and elder statesman who is committed and dedicated to the unification of the Igbo race “.
“Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu’s visit to the Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otih is highly commendable given the obvious fact that the Abia Governor has shown through his actions and inactions that he is changing the narrative in Igboland”.
Attorney Onyirimba also commended Ahaejiagamba Ndi Igbo for being among the few Igbo leaders who from 1994 always traveled to the USA and England in support of the World Igbo Congress and Igbo diaspora.
“I am happy and encouraged by the obvious fact that Chief Iwuanyanwu is using his wealth of knowledge to steer the Igbo ship to the right course”.
He added that Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu has shown the difference in leadership by paying a condolence visit to the late Herbert Wigwe’s family in Rivers state which shows that the Ohaneze Ndigbo President General is committed to providing true leadership and bringing the Igbos in Rivers and Delta states with the other five Igbo states together under one strong united umbrella.
Attorney Charles Chibuike Onyirimba further applauded Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu for encouraging the Igbos to invest in Ala Igbo, pointing out that his timely intervention in the crisis between the Igbos and the Yorubas in Lagos state was highly commendable.
The Diasporan Igbo leader called on all and sundry to join hands with Dr. Emmanuel Iwuanyawu in his avowed desire and determination to building a strong relationship with other tribes in the country, saying that the relationship he is building will help the cause of the Igboman in Nigeria’s struggle.
He called on Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu and other Igbo leaders to beckon on President Tinubu to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the Eze Ndigbo in Lagos State, saying that their release will help to return peace in southeast and calm the agitators down. Attorney Charles Onyirimba submitted.
