As people all over the world today January 1st, celebrates the New Year, the Eze Ndigbo Ghana and Assistant Publicity Secretary Association of Ndieze Ndigbo in the Diaspora, His Royal Majesty, Dr Chukwudi Ihenetu has joined other eminent Nigerians to urge the Federal Government to address the problem of insecurity squarely.
In a special New Year message, signed from his Obieziokwu palace,Ghana and made available to the media, HRM Dr Ihenetu said problem of insecurity was affecting Nigerians in the Diaspora negatively. ” This year many Nigerians couldn’t make it home because of insecurity. This amount to great economic loss for the nation. When people out there, read about killings in Nigeria, it scares potential investors away from the country,” he said.
On 2023 election, HRM Dr. Ihenetu, a peace ambassador whose intervention in trade dispute between Nigerian traders and Ghana Trade Union help resolved aged-long conflicts, call on the political class to ensure that Igbo from South East emerge as president of Nigeria. “For the sake of equity and justice, if Igbo man become president, issue of agitations would have subsided.

The Royal Father said if this measures are taken, Nigerians could smile again.
