As H-hour approaches, Buhari heads for Daura for showdown

President Muhammadu Buhari left Presidential Villa at about 2pm for his country home in Daura, Katsina State ahead of Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections.

He left after observing Friday’s Jumat prayers; he was joined on the occasion by the Director-General for the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Mr Ahmed Rufai Abubakar and Ibrahim Agboola Gambari, a Nigerian scholar, diplomat and presidential aide.
