Araromi hails new police commissioner Ojajuni

A frontline student leader, Comrade Olaoluwa Araromi, has felicitated with Bode Ojajuni on his elevation to the rank of Commissioner of Police.

In a statement sent to SunOnline, Araromi described the promotion as well-deserved, noting that it is a testament to Ojajuni’s years of dedication, professionalism, and outstanding service in the Nigeria Police force.

Araromi, a former Director of International Relations to the Senate President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), new CP Ojajuni for his distinguished career, highlighting his previous roles as Deputy Commissioner of Police in Ogun State and Principal Staff Officer to former Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris.

According to Araromi, these positions reflect Ojajuni’s vast experience, administrative competence, and commitment to national security.

Araromi expressed confidence that CP Ojajuni’s elevation would further strengthen policing strategies, enhance security architecture, and deepen community trust, particularly in Ogun State and beyond.

He noted that Ojajuni’s track record of discipline, strategic leadership, and community engagement positions him well to excel in his new role.

“As a proud son of Ikale land, I join other sons and daughters of Ikale to celebrate this remarkable achievement.

“This promotion is not only a personal milestone but also a source of pride for our people,” he said.

He further prayed that God grants the newly appointed Commissioner of Police greater strength, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to successfully discharge the responsibilities of his office.

Araromi urged the new CP to continue upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in the discharge of his duties, while working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to ensure the safety of lives and property.
