The Arewa Youth Assembly has hailed the appointment of Felix Obuah, as Coordinator, Abuja Metropolitan Management Council.
Speaker of the Assembly, Mohammed Salihu Danlami, in a statement yesterday charged Obuah to distinguish himself in the discharge of his duty.
He said: “An individual of his status with wealth of experience lying untapped has alot to offer and therefore should have been engaged long ago.
“Chief Felix is a former Chairman of the PDP in Rivers State and Chairman of Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni LGA. An astute administrator who has excelled in any given assignment, result oriented and one of the the best brain in governance.
“The Assembly further commend President Tinubu’s administration for finding Chief Felix worthy of this appointment, we are confident based on his antecedents that he will deliver beyond expectations and will work tirelessly, always putting the masses ahead.
“Nigerians expect nothing short of excellent, hence, we call on him to bring on board his vast experience and river of knowledge immediately he resumes office.
“While we congratulate Abuja residents for having the people’s servant as the Coordinator, Abuja Metropolitan Management Council, we pray to God almighty to guide, protect and endow him with the strength and wisdom to discharge his duties accordingly.”
