A chieftain of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Ifeanyi Ogbonna, has, together with the executive and other members of the party in Arochukwu Local Government Area of Abia State, defected to the all Progressives Congress (APC).
Addressing the defectors, a bigwig of APC in the state, Offor Okorie, said APC was one indivisible family that is bound in love and unity.
He told the defectors that the party received them into its fold with every sense of love and brotherliness.
Okorie assured them of a level playing field in any political contest for those that will be willing to participate in elective offices.
He assured the defectors their integration into the party was effective the very moment they tore their APGA membership card.
He promise they will be carried along in all the party activities both in the council and the state.
Those present at the event included Okorie, Dozie Udensi, zonal women leader of APC Abia North, Ngozi Ogbuagu, Nzerem Okorie, John Okoro (John million) the chapter chairman, V. N.Orji and other dignitaries.
