The All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday cleared former governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu to contest the party primaries for Abia North Senatorial district.

chieftain of the party was cleared along with a Kogi Central Senatorial district aspirant, Yusuf A. Haruna. The statement titled

(APC) has cleared the former governor of Abia State, H.E. Dr. Uzor Kalu and Yusuf A. Haruna to contest the party’s Senate primaries for Abia North and Kogi Central Senatorial districts respectively.”
Senate primaries in the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) hold today.
