Anthony Joshua is open to facing Moses Itauma, in contrast to his bitter rival Tyson Fury.
Young prodigy Itauma is climbing through the ranks and is on the cusp of reaching world level at the age of just 21.
The British superstar has yet to be beaten and looks on a one-way collision course for fights with the biggest names in the division.
In recent times, Fury has indicated he will not entertain a bout with Itauma, and plans to avoid him at all costs.
Oleksandr Usyk has too suggested he will not take on the Chatham powerhouse with a passing of the torch fight unlikely.
But Joshua has a differing stance to the pair, and is open to the bout in the future.
He told reporters: “Listen, it is another opportunity [to face Itauma].
“Will I, of course. Let me get these two out of the way [Kristian Prenga and Fury].
“100 per cent, yeah of course why not? There are so many great opportunities presenting themselves.”

It is clear Joshua is far more open to the bout than other leading names, who are coming to the end of their physical primes.
Joshua and Itauma have sparred several times in the past, and AJ has been extremely complimentary of the ferocious rising talent.
Any bout is practically impossible until 2027, with Joshua engaged in a two-fight deal.
The former Olympic gold medallist will first take on Prenga on July 25 in a warm-up fight, before his signed clash with Fury in the final quarter of 2026.
Of course for the 36-year-old he is closing in on his twilight years.
Joshua has already achieved it all in the sport as a two-time world champion, but he still has the appetite for more.
Despite not being in his finest form, there are still some huge bouts available due to his commercial star power.
And he believes he doesn’t need to retire until he is 40-years-old.
