Angry staff protest, shut down activities at Ekiti varsity

WOLE BALOGUN, Ado-Ekiti

Staff of the Ekiti State University on Friday protested what they alleged as non-payment of salaries and mysterious death of six staff members within two months.

The protesters were members of Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU), Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU,) Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and NAAT.
