The Commissioner for Youths Development in Anambra State, Patrick Aghamba and wife have been reportedly kidnapped.
An aide of the commissioner, whose name was given as Mr ABK Offiah, was killed in the process.
The incident happened along Kogi State axis when the couple and others were travelling to Abuja to attend the wedding of Adaora, daughter of the state governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, who had her traditional wedding last weekend.
Sources said that Governor Soludo has however activated security actions to free the abducted commissioner and his wife immediately and unhurt.
