In line with its action plans towards faith, human development, leadership and youthprenuership, the Faithspiration Inititiave is set for another night of entertainment, empowerment and evangelisation in Anambra State.

Holding in Awka-Etiti community, the home place of its founder, Rev. Fr. George Ebere Adimike, this year and second edition of Night of Praise and Empowerment has set a new dimension through the sponsorship of Mr. Lucky Adimike who through his Foundation is raising 40 millionaires in the community in a financial empowerment scheme.

Artistes lined up to perform in the triple loaded event holding on January 2, include Miracle Chisom, Chioma Ezefeta, Minister Fabian Nwafor, Blessed Modesta , Blessed Kenz among others. Comedians on line up also include Chief Imo, Sir One on One, Albino Brothers, Igwe White while Ministers of the Gospel like Rev. Fr. Joshua Obiekezie, Rev. Fr. Johnbosco Igwe, and the Parish Priest of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Paul Ifebighi, including Evang. Timothy Ofoegbu. Motivational speaker Chief Polycarp Onwuka and Onyeka Obiezu among others.

Fr. Adimike said the support of the Lucky Adimike Foundation to the Faithspiration Initiative programmes has given both platforms an uncommon wings to fly in making a positive impact in the lives of humanity.

The foundation is led by renowned businessman and community philanthropist, Lucky Adimike, who is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through the provision of food items, financial assistance, business support, scholarships, healthcare interventions, and church development initiatives.

It has consistently distributed foodstuffs to vulnerable families to cushion the effects of the prevailing economic hardship. It also supports small and medium-scale entrepreneurs with seed capital,…offers scholarships to students, provides healthcare assistance, empowers churches, and presents monetary awards to Block Rosary centres across parishes in Awka-Etiti.

During its December 26, 2025 empowerment programme held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Awka-Etiti, the foundation distributed 50 bags of 50kg rice to two religious bodies while 400 bags of rice and beans were distributed to 200 families. The foundation also donated 10 laptops to Fr. Paul Secondary School, Awka-Etiti.

In addition, over 40 individuals were empowered with ₦1 million each as seed capital to support their businesses. A family has also benefited from the donation of a residential house, among other empowerment interventions. The final phase of the empowerment programme is scheduled for January 2, 2026.

The initiative, which commenced last year, combines spiritual, social, and economic empowerment. Recently, Adimike sponsored the promotion of Marian devotion across all parishes in Awka-Etiti, strengthened Block Rosary centres, paid school fees for children, and rewarded outstanding rosary groups.

“Faithspiration Initiative is seeking to introduce a new method of evangelization. God asked us to be shepherds and Fishermen. The Fisherman is trying to bring in those outside the fold. We are many concentrated as shepherds but Faithspiration wants to be both the shepherd and fisherman, feeding and nourishing those within the fold and making efforts to draw those outside the fold” Fr. Adimike stated.
