In a spectacular Gala Award Night, Ikorodu-based Nationwide League One team, Amuludun FC, proudly celebrated its exceptional players and coach, recognising their outstanding performances throughout the season.
The club announced DESIBET as its official partner for the upcoming football season, signalling a bold step forward. Chairman Ayodabo Ayomide addressed the esteemed dignitaries in attendance, declaring that Amuludun FC is poised to achieve ambitious goals by 2026. Ezonebi Benarnd was rightfully named the Player of the Season for his exemplary performance, while Coach Victor Essien received the prestigious Award of Excellence for his extraordinary leadership, steering the club to six finals and securing five trophies, culminating in a truly remarkable season. Oshilaja Praise was awarded Best Goalkeeper, Nwozaku Amos Onyekachi earned rave reviews as the Best Centre Back, and Ogar Patrick took home the Best Midfielder award for his dazzling displays in the heart of the midfield.
The ceremony concluded with the much-anticipated presentation of the Team of the Season, a prestigious category proudly sponsored by DESIBET.ng.
Aside Ezonebi, Nwozaku, Onyekachi and Oshilaja, Dickson Godwin (RB) Agbeze John Fred (CB), Amila Silas Ufoma (DM), Ebojie Timothy (LB), Ridwan Olawale (DM), Ogar Patrick (AM), Ogbaji John (LW) and Gregory Destiny (RW) made the team of the season.
