Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has derided the opposition African Democratic Congress (ADC), saying its leading chieftains achieved nothing when they held important government positions.
The actor-cum-politician stated this in an X post on Wednesday.
Prominent members of the ADC include former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President David Mark, former Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola, former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso, former Governor of Rivers, Rotimi Amaechi and former Kogi West senator, Dino Melaye.
Edochie, a staunch supporter of President Bola Tinubu, said the opposition party’s promises to fix Nigeria were empty promises.
He also mocked last week’s protest by the ADC against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which the opposition party described as biased.
