Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno has presented a fully furnished factory, equipment, and N2 million as working capital to Mrs. Ifeoma Itoro, a local food processor.
During the equipment handover ceremony for over 2,000 entrepreneurs at Uyo Township Stadium on March 11, 2025, the entrepreneur has approached the governor seeking assistance for her food processing business.
Moved by her request, the governor directed the Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Dr. Ubong Inyang, to set up her business.
Other News
On March 25, Mrs. Itoro received a fully furnished factory, complete with all necessary machinery for her food processing business.
The governor also provided her with N2 million as working capital.
Expressing gratitude, Itoro prayed for God’s continued blessings on the governor and his family.
The brief presentation ceremony was also witnessed by the Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Mrs. Emem Ibanga.
