Ondo State governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has forwarded the names of six commissioner nominees to the State House of Assembly for approval.
This is even as the governor approved the appointment of some special advisers. The governor had last month dissolved the State Executive Council.
The commissioner nominees, according to a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ebenezer Adeniyan, include Mrs. Omowumi Isaac, Mr. Olukayode Ajulo, Mr. Razaq Obe, Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan, Mr Akinwumi Sowore and Mr. Oseni Oyeniyi
Besides, the governor also appointed Hon. Olugbenga Omole as his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy; Mrs. Olamide Falana, Special Adviser on Gender Affairs and Mr. Alabi Johnson, Special Adviser on Energy. The commissioner nominees are expected to appear before the state House of Assembly from Monday for screening.
