Nigerian-American retired US military officer Victor Chiagoziem Aruwah has unveiled his new book titled “when grace suspends the rules”. Aruwah is a recipient of the Civilian Service Achievement Medal by the US military base in Germany and Africa‘s Top Personality Award winner.
While in the United States Army, Aruwah served as the Chemical Operations Specialist and as an Advisor to the Commander in Chemical Defense and Operations with a mission of overseeing the chemical operation in very sensitive geographic regions around the world. He played key roles in successfully moving US Army personnel and equipment to new locations across the world and turned over property and facilities worth millions of dollars without any records of abuse or indiscipline.
He was also a boxer during his tenure in the United States Army with a perfect record which earned him a crown as the U.S forces Europe Boxing Champion in 2004 and 2008.
Recently he was awarded the prestigious honor of The Civilian Service Achievement Medal for his outstanding contributions to the US Army Public Works Engineering Division in Germany.

The book titled GRACE SUSPENDS THE RULES, which will be launched soonest is one full of insight and great wisdom and undoubtedly will be a medium to touch and transform the lives of this generation and generations yet to come. This book will bring to light the outstanding best of people around the world with who Aruwah has had encounters and those encounters that shaped his life and positioned him to change the life of others.
Speaking on the planned launch, Aruwah said “I will be launching my new book “When Grace Suspend the Rules” which will capture my many failures, successes, and above all the incredible grace of God in my life. I go to the gym because I believe that physical fitness matters. Playing the guitar has been a regular habit for me for some years and there are some of the lessons of life that I have learned from these exercises, aside from my regular work routine, which has shaped my life and will ultimately be useful to anyone who can read this book.” he says.
When someone is skillful at managing multiple work schedules but still finds time to provide mentorship while also engaged in writing and public speaking on finance and investment as well as in real estate investment, and proof of commitment and passion for improving humanity, that is the person that Engr.
