… Unveils AI and Financial Solutions

SeamlessHR has rebranded as Seamless Technologies as it expands its operations beyond human resources technology into artificial intelligence and financial services.

The company said the transition follows its growth into new business areas aimed at providing workforce, financial, and procurement solutions for organisations across Africa.

Under the new structure, Seamless Technologies will operate through three business units: SeamlessHR, Breeze, and SeamlessProcure.

The company also announced the launch of BWOP (Blue Collar Operations Platform), a platform designed for organisations managing frontline and shift-based workers. It said the platform will support attendance management, payroll, workforce records, communication, and employee self-service.

In addition, Seamless Technologies unveiled Samira, an artificial intelligence system intended to help organisations automate tasks, access business insights, and interact with the company’s technology products.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, Emmanuel Okeleji, said the company’s expansion into financial services was driven by the need to address access to finance for businesses and workers across Africa.

Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder, Deji Lana, said the company aims to connect workforce management, financial services, and artificial intelligence through a unified technology platform.

According to the company, the rebranding is intended to provide a single corporate identity that can support future product expansion and entry into international markets.
