Policymakers, business leaders, investors, regulators and development partners will converge on Lagos on October 20 for the Africa Sustainability Forum (ASF) 2026, aimed at advancing practical strategies for sustainable development across the continent.
The one-day forum, themed “Sustainable Futures: Driving Just Transitions, Green Growth and Shared Prosperity,” seeks to move sustainability discussions beyond declarations to partnerships and measurable actions.
Hosted by TheNumbersNG.com, the forum will focus on climate action, green finance, sustainable manufacturing, digital sustainability and the circular economy.
Lead Coordinator of ASF, Elvis Eromosele, said the event was conceived as more than a conventional conference.

“The Africa Sustainability Forum is designed not simply as a conference, but as a platform for ideas, partnerships, and action. Africa needs to translate sustainability ambitions into measurable impact, requiring businesses, governments, and investors to collaborate effectively,” Eromosele said.
He said Africa’s transition to a more sustainable economy would depend significantly on stronger private-sector participation, particularly in renewable energy, waste reduction, local sourcing and inclusive community development.
“Sustainable development cannot be achieved by one sector alone. ASF provides an avenue for stakeholders to connect their ambitions with practical solutions for a more resilient and prosperous Africa,” he added.
Organisers said the forum would feature executive leadership sessions, keynote addresses, panel discussions and an interactive exhibition showcasing sustainability initiatives across different sectors.
