The Invest in Africa Summit 2026 will bring African governments and international investors to Miami, United States, on December 11–12 to mobilise funding for infrastructure, industrial development and other priority sectors across the continent.
Organised by the Africa Think Tank for Infrastructure Development (ATTID), the summit will take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida under the theme “Deepening Investment Frontiers in Africa for Global Economic Prosperity”. Expected investment focus areas include infrastructure, industrialisation, energy transition, agriculture, healthcare, education, technology and sustainable finance.
In a statement signed by its chairman, retired General Chris Abutu Garuba, ATTID said the summit would attract investment to bankable African projects and build partnerships among governments, development institutions and private investors.
“Its primary objective is to accelerate investment in bankable African projects while strengthening partnerships that align African infrastructure and industrial goals with global investment capital,” the statement said.
Planned to coincide with the G20 Leaders’ Meeting in Miami, the summit will connect African development priorities with investors seeking long-term opportunities on the continent.
Economist Nthabi Moleko will deliver the keynote address. The programme is expected to feature African presidents, ministers, leaders of multilateral institutions, sovereign wealth funds, investment banks and development finance institutions.

ATTID said the summit had the official support of the World Bank Group and other international financial and development institutions.
Over two days, participants will hold executive dialogues, sector-specific investment forums, project presentations, business-to-business meetings and policy discussions on infrastructure delivery, industrial expansion, regional integration, clean energy, food security and access to sustainable, long-term capital.
“The summit is a global investment platform designed to deepen strategic partnerships among African governments, multilateral development institutions, sovereign wealth funds, international financial institutions, private equity firms, infrastructure developers and global investors,” ATTID said.
The organisation invited pension funds, export credit agencies, multinational corporations, infrastructure developers and other private-sector participants to explore investment opportunities. It said the summit would help project promoters, policymakers and financiers develop commercial partnerships to support Africa’s infrastructure and industrial transformation.
Registration is open to delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, strategic partners and participating institutions.
