The campaign features over ₦5 million in prizes, including cash awards, solar generators, laptops, mobile phones, printers, and other business-support tools, making it one of the most anticipated business raffles of the year.
Since its inception, Afri Invoice has pursued a mission to simplify how African businesses get paid and manage their finances. “Two years ago, we set out to solve one of the biggest challenges facing African entrepreneurs, slow payments and inefficient invoicing,” said Mark Odenore, Founder of Afri Invoice. “Today, we celebrate not just our anniversary, but the thousands of businesses that have grown with us and the future of digital commerce across the continent.”
Odenore added that Afri Invoice’s success is rooted in its belief that when businesses thrive, communities flourish. “That’s why the company continues to invest in innovation, education, and outreach, ensuring that every entrepreneur, regardless of size or sector, has the tools to succeed in the digital economy,” he said.
In its two years of operation, Afri Invoice has processed tens of thousands of invoices across Nigeria, enabled faster payments for SMEs, freelancers, and enterprises, integrated with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for seamless e-invoicing compliance, and delivered mobile-first solutions optimized for local internet speeds. It has also provided secure, scalable financial tools and analytics for businesses seeking to improve efficiency and transparency.
The anniversary raffle is open to both existing and new customers. Existing users will be automatically entered if they have actively used Afri Invoice for six months or more, while new businesses can qualify by signing up at afriinvoice.com before December 1, 2025. Winners will be announced on June 3, 2026.
Prize categories include five cash prizes ranging from ₦100,000 to ₦1 million, solar generators, business laptops, mobile phones, printers, legal service gift cards, and free business website designs. Two new customers will also receive ₦50,000 each as part of the campaign’s new-user incentive.
Afri Invoice’s appeal lies in its range of features built for Nigerian businesses. The platform offers instant digital invoicing with custom templates, automated payment tracking and reminders, multi-currency support for both local and international transactions, advanced analytics for smarter decision-making, bank-grade security, FIRS e-invoicing compliance, and flexible pricing for freelancers, SMEs, and large enterprises.
According to Odenore, the campaign is not just a celebration but a call to action. “This raffle is more than an anniversary, it’s an invitation to every business owner to embrace modern financial technology. Together, we can build a future where getting paid is seamless, fast, and secure.”
