At least 25 people have been reported killed and 18 others wounded in a mid-day explosion in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
Tolo News reported that the attack on Wednesday happened close to Kabul University and Ali Abad hospital.
The explosion is believed to have been a car bomb.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
