AFCON: Traore to officiate Nigeria vs Tunisia clash

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Tunisia on Saturday in a Group C match at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, with Mali’s Boubou Traore at the centre.

The highly anticipated game will take place at the Fès Sports Complex.

CAF also confirmed the appointment of Senegal’s Issa Sy as Video Assistant Referee (VAR) for the game.

Nigeria and Tunisia will be targeting a win in the encounter to secure their passage into the Round of 16.

The two former champions won their first games against Tanzania and Uganda, respectively.

The game will kick off at 9 pm Nigerian time.
