Morocco coach Walid Regragui has singled out three Nigeria players, Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, and Alex Iwobi, for praise ahead of their AFCON semi-final match on Wednesday.

Regragui remarked on the absence of Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi from the upcoming vital AFCON semi-final match.

Ndidi will not feature for Nigeria against the Atlas Lions due to suspension.

Club Brugge midfielder Raphael Onyedika is expected to replace Ndidi in Nigeria’s starting XI against the host country.

Speaking to reporters at his post-match interview, Regragui said, “Ndidi’s absence will help us.

“But when you have Osimhen, Lookman, and Iwobi, and when you see their bench, they might change their plan, although I consider that unlikely.”

Both Nigeria and Morocco enter the semi-final tie after winning their last games against Algeria and Cameroon, respectively.
