Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ebonyi State chapter, Dr. Jenifer Adibe Nwafor, has disclosed that the coalition party will halt the uncertainty and austerity ravaging the country, if elected into power in 2027.
She made this known when she received over 2,000 members of the All Progressive Congress (APC), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Labour Party (LP) and others that have abandoned their various organisations for the APC at Isu in Onicha Local Government Area.
“This is the time to take our destinies in our hands, fight for our future and that of our children. On this note, ADC has come to provide the citizenry with all their needs such as welfare, quality healthcare and basic social amenities.
“The era where the masses are usually forgotten by the elected persons will not be seen because ADC is all about caring for one another and making a positive change. Additionally, the period where some persons die of preventable diseases won’t be experienced under ADC.”
Dr. Nwafor applauded the new members at Amanator ward for taking such a bold step and assured that they would be carried along adequately while the party would not leave its manifestos unfulfilled.
