Acada Arcade Shopping Complex has launched one of its limited-time investor incentive programs that could run from September 2025 through January 2026.
In a statement, the company said the strategic initiative aims to reward both current and prospective investors with enticing discounts and premium rewards on deposits and block acquisitions.
According to the company’s Head Marketing Funmi Odetola, the gesture is to reinforce Acada Arcade’s position as Lagos’ premier shopping and investment destination.
He noted that the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, LASU, Lagos includes 3 per cent discount on deposits up to N10 million, 5 per cent discount on deposits exceeding N10 million, an opportunity to win a GAC GS2 SUV or receive N15 million cash back on the purchase of a block shop unit.
According to the Head of Marketing at Acada Arcade, it is designed to foster high-value investments while supporting the complex’s vision of becoming Lagos’ leading retail and commercial hub.
