Property tycoon, Aare Adetola Olanipekun EmmauelKing, is unarguably a trailblazer and a game changer in the real estate sector. For the graduate of Estate Management and Valuation from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, it was his passion for real estate and housing developments that led him to establish ADRON Homes & Properties Limited in 2012.
When it comes to affordable homes in Nigeria, EmmanuelKing has set a precedent that would take others in the sector decades to meet. He has taken it like a mission to impact the lives of millions of people through building new cities where they can get affordable homes. This he has been doing for nearly a decade and a half as the Chairman, ADRON Group. For the social entrepreneur extraordinaire, he believes that his achievements thus far are divinely ordained: and he remains thankful to Almighty God and also to Olori Aderonke Omotola EmmanuelKing, his beloved wife.
Olori Aderonke, an accountant by training, is the co-founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Adron Group. Together, the couple has grown ADRON —coined out of the names Adetola and Ronke— to be a renowned multi-billion-naira real estate firm with many subsidiaries across the globe. Beyond a rich resume, the real estate king considers himself one of the luckiest men on earth because he is married to a woman who he met on the very day she was born about 49 years ago. “She is so many things to me. She is not only my wife, she is my homosapien, partner and business adviser. She has been a pillar of support and my backbone. God has really blessed our union,” EmmanuelKing once said about his wife. And indeed, their union is blessed beyond wealth as evident in their private lives.
At present, the real estate mogul and his wife, Aderonke are soaking in one of the happiest phases of their lives as they recently celebrated the arrival of their new set of twins. Last week, membership of their household increased as the Emmanuelking brought home the twins into their palatial mansion to meet the rest of the family. The atmosphere was that of a beautiful moment filled with love, laughter, and celebration with both mother and the babies healthy and doing well. For the real estate power couple, their journey into life and parenthood has been deeply emotional and meaningful. And these double blessings have equally been as a result of thoughtfully planned, blending faith, intention, and gratitude.
