The town of Ilupeju, Lagos, was agog as three books were launched on Saturday, June 28, 2025, by the author, Funmi Tayo Ajimoko, the founder of Balm of Joy (Humanitarian Foundation). They include Together in Partnership for More. You are not Alone on that Mission, and The Catalyst Discovering the Power of Prayer and Spiritual Labour.

Together In Partnership for More was reviewed by Prof. Ofonime Bassey of Charismatic International University, Cameroon.  A book of 122 pages and eight chapters, it was dedicated to God, her husband and children. In the introduction, the author writes: “No one is ordained to design alone. It behooves us to know that no one is expected to flourish alone, but rather needs each other.”

Chapter One deals with The Call to Partnership. “According to the Apostle Paul, partnership is not only important, but it is also imperative to know that we are intentionally seeing the whole of Christ in partnership just as he did with the 12 disciples he had,” echoes the reviewer. He said it took the author just a month to write the book.

During the booklaunch, there was a dancing competition in which two awards were given to the author. One was the Ambassadorial Award.

Speaking at the event, the author, Ajimoko, stated, “it is only the participants who can attest to what I have done, and, because partnership made most ministries to prosper, we cannot work in isolation, she stated.”
