Operatives of the Delta State Police Command are on the trail of a middle aged man who is suspected to have a hand in the alleged murder of Mr. Emma Buchi.
Buchi, a Nollywood actor, was said to have been murdered in his apartment in Asaba, the state capital.
His decomposing corpse was discovered last Friday, according to sources.
Confirming the development, Public Relations Officer of the command, DSP Bright Edafe said investigation has since commenced.
Edafe said operatives visited the scene and evacuated the decomposing corpse.
He said the fleeing suspect is the PA to the deceased actor.
“But we can not presume him guilty until proven so.
“If the family says they suspect the PA, then we will do our investigation. We are on his trail, because he is on the run,” Edafe said.
Edafe clarified that no arrest has been made in connection to the incident.
