Glen Talloch Scotch Whisky in collaboration with Lagos State Government’s youth-focused initiative, Project Lagos of Our Dream (LOUD) has empowered over 1500 youths with vocational skills and tools for entrepreneurship and economic independence.

At the graduation ceremony held last week at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos, Glen Talloch, through its Nigerian distributor, Fidossi Wines & Spirits, demonstrated its commitment to community development.

The company donated industrial blenders and presented N50,000 cheques to several outstanding graduates of the empowerment programme that has changed the lives of over 1,500 youths, with a target of reaching out to 3,000 youths before end of the year.

Representing Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the event, Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mobolaji Ogunlende, emphasized the state’s vision to create a Lagos where young people are not just dreamers, but doers. He noted that Project LOUD offers specialized training in diverse fields, including digital marketing, photography, catering, beauty therapy, wig-making, shoemaking, tailoring, and mixology.
