A Nigerian entrepreneur and businessman, Aare Olusegun Daramola, has said that the Nigerian government can use the powers of Ifa’ to fight crime and end insecurity in the country.

Daramola, a spiritual teacher and author, told The Sun that, “Ifá can expose secrets before they are acted upon. Through divination, patterns of behaviour can be predicted and interrupted. Criminal intent can be identified at a spiritual level. Through Ifá, you can uncover root causes—spiritual, social or ancestral—that lead individuals into crime. Ifá can advise security agencies, predict hotspots and spiritually cleanse communities afflicted by violence. The government must begin to engage indigenous intelligence systems alongside modern policing for true peace.”

Daramola is a mixture of conservative and modern methods spiritual awareness. He said, “I am the host of The Light of Ifá Podcast, where I explore profound Ifá teachings, cultural wisdom and modern applications of ancient spirituality.”

He is a well-known spiritualist, African numerologist, astrologist, Babalawo and the founder of World Builderr. He stressed that one of the notable features of Ifa’ is that it can be used as a means of ensuring accountability on the part of public officials.

“During swearing ceremonies, politicians use the Bible and Quran, and Ogun. They should be allowed to use a more powerful force, Ifa’, since those methods they have been using haven’t worked effectively.

“Swearing by symbols with no direct spiritual consequence is why many politicians lie with no fear. Ifá does not just witness—it holds accountable. A person who swears by Òrìṣà and Ifá enters into a cosmic contract with ancestral forces. They can’t walk away unpunished, if they betray that oath. I support a return to ancestral accountability. Let oaths carry real weight again,” he said.

On the ritual killings that are becoming prevalent in Nigerian society attributed to fraudsters popularly known as Yahoo-plus, the Babalawo condemned the shedding of innocent blood, saying, “Ifa’ teaches that wealth gained through human blood is a curse upon generations. Ritual killings arise when the sacred is abused and distorted. Ifá does not support ritual killings, but promotes alignment, divine timing, ancestral support and spiritual intelligence.

“If will teach young people the real path of wealth through Orí, hard work, and Àse, they will abandon shortcuts for sustainable elevation. Public education and spiritual reorientation is the way forward.

“Ifá is not just spiritual—it is strategic. Communities once protected themselves through ancestral surveillance and spiritual policing. Through Ifá, you can spiritually map threats, protect borders with sacred technology, empower local hunters and security with Òrìṣà protection, and expose hidden enemies. Ifá does not condone evil, and it offers both prophetic insight and protective strategy for nations and kingdoms.

“Ifá gives you clarity of purpose, protection from evil, divine alignment, ancestral guidance, healing, wisdom, prosperity and deep inner peace. It teaches you how to master your Orí (inner self), how to build relationships, how to govern, how to succeed and how to transition with honour. Ifá is not superstition—it is the original enlightenment system for the Black race and beyond. Let the world awaken. Ifá is not just for Yorùbá—it is for all those ready to walk in wisdom, align with their Orí, and build a new earth rooted in truth.

“Ifá is already a living technology. The Odù Ifá system is a binary code system far more advanced than most realize—it mirrors the same principles as quantum computing. That said, practitioners and scholars like myself are now digitizing Ifá content, creating mobile apps, podcasts, global readings, and online communities. From blockchain to AI, Ifá is beginning to speak the new language of this age. Evolution is sacred, and Ifá adapts—because wisdom never expires.

“World Builderr was born from a divine instruction—to become a lighthouse for the seekers of this age. It is a platform that brings enlightenment, consciousness and transformation across borders, races and systems. Our core principles are Awakening, Enlightenment, Alignment, Impact and Evolution. We teach people not just to know, but to also build—within and without.

I don’t just calculate numbers and read stars—I decode destinies. I blend traditional African metaphysics with cosmological sciences to reveal personal blueprints. I look at life path numbers, essence, personal years, astrological placements, and energetic cycles. It’s a sacred art of decoding divine timing and purpose.”

Daramola said every episode is an offering. He listens to the Orí within, to the questions of the people, and to the rhythm of the times. He aims to make Ifá and ancient wisdom relatable, timeless and practical for modern realities. It’s not just a podcast—it’s a portal.

He emphasized that Nigeria would be great again, if people keep their hands clean, “By honoring their Orí daily, being honest with themselves, seeking divine knowledge, serving others, keeping their space spiritually clean, and aligning their thoughts, words and actions with their purpose.”

The founder World Builderr

also remarked that spirituality is not outdated, “It is the compass for our chaotic world. In a time where distraction and division dominate, spirituality brings you back home to yourself, helps you live with meaning and gives you the power to co-create your reality consciously.”
