Senator representing Ogun West, Solomon Olamilekan, has partnered New Horizons Nigeria to equip 1,000 youths across several local government areas of the state with Information Technology (IT) skills needed to thrive in the digital economy.
The training, which is focused on high-demand tech skills, targeted young people in the Ogun West Senatorial District. Through the collaboration with New Horizons, participants received world-class instruction in key Information Technology courses. The programme was structured to be hands-on, practical and industry-relevant, ensuring that each participant gained not only theoretical knowledge but also the practical skills to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
New Horizons, an IT training outfit, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to this impactful project. The organization reaffirmed its readiness to deliver top-tier training that met global standards. Beyond the training, Senator Yayi further empowered the youths by providing them with relevant tools to continue their development and remain competitive in the evolving tech world.
