Cynthia Ufele has been appointed as the Brand Manager for Influencer Reserve and Culture Manager for South, West, and Central Africa.

Cynthia brings a wealth of experience to her position, having previously served as the Guinness Trademark Lead in Nigeria. During her tenure, she successfully repositioned Guinness as one of the most equitable beer brands in the country and achieved double-digit profit growth.
She has led award-winning campaigns such as “Black Shines Brightest” and “Bright House,” while also pioneering inclusion and diversity initiatives.
Additionally, she delivered standout achievements like reigniting Guinness in the cultural landscape, creating exceptional football experiences, and launching the groundbreaking Big Brother Nigeria campaign across the Diageo portfolio in Nigeria.
In her new role, Cynthia will be responsible for managing the Influencer Reserve and Culture initiatives across the region. Her appointment is viewed as a strategic move to enhance brand engagement and cultural impact in Africa.
