Dr. Pella is an erudite scholar who has thought in Adamawa state university for many years before joining politics Garba Pella is the Commissioner of Education and Human Capital Development in Adamawa State, Nigeria. As a key figure in the state’s education sector, he has been instrumental in driving initiatives to transform education in Adamawa ¹.
As commissioner, he has been actively engaged in promoting education and human capital development in the state.
Some of his notable efforts include receiving donations from humanitarian organizations to support girl-child education in Adamawa
Pella has also been involved in organizing education summits and workshops to promote education and human capital development in the state
Under his leadership, the Adamawa State Government has strengthened measures to transform the education sector, including institutionalizing policies across all levels of education
Dr. Pella will deliver a keynote address titled “The Importance of Education and Literacy in Nigeria,” highlighting the significance of these resources in shaping the future of Nigerian education.
