More than 5,000 participants from 21 countries are expected to attend the 2025 Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) which starts from July, 2025 in Abuja.

According to the organisers, over 200 high-profile exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge products and services will be in attendance, with the World Bank, Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development to play leading roles.

The event, known as Africa’s largest housing and construction gathering, will bring together key players from various markets, including Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, to explore real estate investment opportunities and housing finance models that can drive sustainable development across the continent. 

The event convener, Festus Adebayo, said that AIHS is not just an exhibition but a movement towards advancing affordable housing, urban transformation, and technological innovation.
