Afrobeats legend Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, has denied reports of his arrest in London, United Kingdom.
He made the clarification in a statement shared on social media on Friday.
Earlier on Friday, social media reports claimed that police arrested the musician after an argument with his wife, Nasaru Osawaru-Idibia in London.

However, 2Baba said his failure to appear for a scheduled London show on Thursday, October 2 was due to a health emergency.
He said, “First of all, I want to say everyone that came out, I appreciate you.
“We had a medical emergency, it was tough. To the organisers and everyone that came out, we go regroup and make something beautiful happen.”
