The Paramount king of Ndi Igbo in Ghana, His Royal Majesty, Eze Dr Chukwudi Ihenetu, Global Peace Ambassador, has joined other notable Nigerians to congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his one year in office even as he felicitates with Nigerians on 25 years of unbroken democracy..
In a statement signed from his Obi-Ukwu Obieziokwu palace, Ghana, the Umuduruoha Amigbo Nwagele Imo state-born Royal Father said eventhoough Nigerians are going through difficult times, no government can be better than democracy.
While appealing to policy makers to ensure that good governance gets to the masses at the grassroots, HRM Ihenetu said President Tinubu can not do it alone.
“Everyone must play its part to make Nigeria work by being law abiding as well as being patrotic. it is ony when we support the government that it can succeed,” he said.
While commending President Tinubu for projects he recently commissioned in Lagos and other parts of the country, HRM Ihenetu said Nigeria is work in progress and that one day, we shall get it right.
