The Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), Oyo State Chapter, has reaffirmed its determination to intensify grassroots mobilisation and broaden public engagement in support of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The Oyo State ambassador of the group and former Senate Leader, Teslim Folarin, disclosed this in a statement ahead of the formal inauguration of the organisation’s senatorial and local government area coordinators, scheduled for today.

The inauguration ceremony, billed to take place at the All Progressives Congress (APC) State Secretariat, Oke Ado, Ibadan, has been described as a strategic milestone aimed at strengthening the organisational framework of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in the state.

It is also expected to deepen alignment with the objectives of the APC and advance the broader Renewed Hope Agenda at the grassroots.

According to Folarin, the event would mark a significant step in consolidating the structure of the RHA in Oyo State, positioning the organisation to play a more effective role in political mobilisation, policy advocacy and party cohesion as preparations for the next electoral cycle gather momentum.

The Renewed Hope Ambassadors is a political support organisation aligned with the APC, with a mandate to mobilise support for the party, foster internal unity and promote government policies at the community level.

The group is part of a nationwide effort to build sustainable political structures anchored on grassroots participation.

The RHA noted that the newly appointed coordinators would be pivotal to the success of its grassroots strategy.

Folarin said their responsibilities include driving effective community outreach, enhancing coordination among party stakeholders and ensuring clear communication of policies and programmes to citizens at the local level.

The coordinators, he added, are also expected to work closely with existing party structures at the state, senatorial and local government levels to promote cohesion, discipline and sustained mobilisation across the state.
