The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ebonyi State has embarked on distribution of new membership registers to chairmen of the party, in the 13 local government areas in the state, in preparation for the 2027 general election.

The party said the move signaled strong grassroots mobilisation ahead of the election.

Chairman of the party in the state, Mrs. Jenifer Nwafor, who flagged off the exercise, vowed that the party will win the general election.

She said the party was determined to consolidate its position as the strongest opposition force poised to take over governance come 2027.

“The enthusiasm among party faithful was palpable. Members expressed deep satisfaction with the leadership’s direction and reaffirmed their commitment to aggressive grassroots mobilisation and extensive membership registration as they returned to their respective local government areas.

“The event was widely judged a huge success and a clear demonstration of ADC’s growing strength, unity, and acceptance among the people. With renewed vigor and a shared vision, the African Democratic Congress stands firm as the true alternative for Nigerians in 2027.

Indeed, ADC remains the party of hope, progress, and credible leadership for the future of Nigeria”, she said.
