The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Monday, April 20.
JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, confirmed the development in a statement on Tuesday, directing candidates to check their results through the board’s official channels.
“The results for Monday, 20th, have been released. Candidates can view their results using the usual process,” the statement said.

Candidates were advised to access their scores by sending “UTMERESULT” to 55019 or 66019 via SMS using the phone number used during registration.
The Monday release is part of the ongoing batch-by-batch publication of JAMB results since the 2026 UTME began on April 16, with over two million candidates participating nationwide.
The board has been releasing results daily based on the examination schedule, covering each day’s set of candidates as the exercise progresses.
