With just days to the tip-off of the 2025 Afrobasket Championship in Angola, only nine invited players have reported to the D’Tigers camp, BSNSp
The Nigeria Basketball Federation had last week released a provisional roster for the tournament, but attendance at the Abuja camp remains low.
According to updates from the team’s camp, the players currently in training include Stan Okoye, Talib Zanna, Mike Nuga, Christian Mekowulu, Devine Eke, Kaodirichi Akobundu-Ehiogu, Martins Igbanu, and Andrew Ugo Simon.
Other News
The rest of the invited players are still expected.
The 2025 Afrobasket Championship is scheduled to be held from August 12 in Angola.
