A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant, Bukola Saraki has asked his party members in Kano State to give him their support to salvage Nigeria from the present mess.
His request was conveyed by his Presidential Campaign Advocacy Council during a meeting with the members of the State Executive Council of the party in Kano State,Thursday night.
The Director of the Council and Minister in two respective governments in Nigeria, Iyorwuese Hagber. declared that President Muhammadu Buhari has failed the people of Northern Nigeria and Nigerians as a whole adding that the country needed to saviour to scale through the odds
” President Buhari promised to give Nigerians power but the country is now worse off in energy supply.” he decried.
He said they have also failed to offer justice to all Nigerians, insisting that different parts of the country have been suffering from different forms of marginalisation and injustices under the present government
“The President said he will provide effective security of lives and properties, today, Nigerians cannot even travel to neighboring towns” he said.
Iyorwuese said they had surveyed the party’s presidential aspirants in 2023 and were sufficiently satisfied that only Bukola Saraki has the capacity to salvage the country from the ineptitude of Buhari administration.
“Bukola Saraki would certainly take over the government, organize massive reforms, restructure the mentality of Nigerians, bring back justice because justice has been compromised by this APC regime”
In his response, Kano State PDP Chairman, Shehu Wada Sagagi, welcomed the visitors and pledged the determination of the party in the state to work for the success of the party at the state and national levels. End.
