Akinrogun Aareonakakanfo of Yoruba land, Chief Kazeem Adewale Hamzat has urged Yoruba monarchs to support the cultural promotion ideals of the Aare Ona kakanfo of Yoruba land, Iba Gani Abiodun Ige Adams, saying the Yoruba generallissimo remains the symbol of Yoruba unity and peace.

Speaking shortly after the just concluded Oodua Festival in Ile Ife, Osun state, Chief Hamzat stated also that the Olokun Festival Foundation (OFF) under Iba Gani Adams has made remarkable impact by transforming the cultural promotion activities by celebrating over 30 cultural festivals across Yoruba land. Chief Hamzat maintained also that cultural promotion activities remain the only way to sustain the cultural identity of Yoruba race.
