Moved by the massive developmental  project in the Agbara axis in Ado Odo Ota Local Government  Area of Ogun State, the Chairman Tricycle owners and Riders Association ( TORAN) Ogun State chapter Prince Abdulwaasi Agunbiade (Yayi Agbara) has  commended  the  Governor of Ogun state, His Excellency  Prince Dapo Abiodun  and the senator representing Ogun West at the Senate, Distinquished  Senator  Solomon Olamilakon (Yayi).

In an interview, he  granted the media recently  while inspecting the Agbara Township  Road under construction,  Prince Agunbiade thanked Gov Abiodun  for his intervention.

He recalled  that the last  time the road was rehabilitated  was 21 years ago under  former governor  Gbenga Daniel. ” Since then, it has remained  a terrible  pain on the neck of residents of the ancient  community  who, on a daily basis, suffer the effect of bad road .

” I also want to  thank Senator Olamilakan (Yayi)for choosing Agbara Township  Road as one of his constituency  projects. Only recently. Senator  Olamilakan  commissioned a story  building  blocks of classrooms at Agbara  Grammer school, which is ongoing.  When completed, it will no doubt brimg immense succour  to our children.”

When asked why he adopted the name Yayi of Agbara, Prince Agunbiade  said the title was given to him by Agbara people who saw striking  resemblance  between Him and Senator  Olamilakan Yayi  in the area of philantropy

“Because I reach out to the needy and lend helping hand to the  vulnerable, the people said I was kind like Senator Olamilakan” (Yayi). This recognition  has spurrd  me to do more in community  service.

“At different  ocassion, I have served as Director,  contact and youth mobilisation  for Senator Yayi. He is my mentor, and I’m glad to identify  with the distinguished  senator.”

In the same breath, Prince Agunbiade  equally  expressed  appreciation  to Governor  Dapo Abiodun  for his support  for the rehabilitation of the Agbara  Atan and the Atan Ota road, adding that when  completed, it will help connect the industrial  hub of Agbara  to Ota and other parts of Ogun state.

On what the future holds for the duo of Gov  Dapo Abiodun  and Swnator Olamilakan,  Prince Agunbiade  said he saw them rising from glory to glory. “Their political future is bright, and I am glad to identify  with them,” he said.
